The Sista Nonprofit Network (SNN), established in 2021, is a growing online community for Black women in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. The network, created by Black women in nonprofit and philanthropy, is a professional safe space for Black women to connect with other Black women in these sectors for relationship building and professional development. SNN members are Black women in a diversity of roles, at various career stages from early career to senior level, at nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. The network has over 250 members that live and work in over 66 different cities in the United States and internationally. Black women in nonprofit and philanthropy can register for Sista Nonprofit Network events.
